Cayetano starts ‘Listening Tour’

LILOAN, Cebu, Philippines – Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano started his Listening Tour in Cebu with some furniture workers in Tayud, Liloan yesterday.

Cayetano met with the workers of Woven Furniture to find out their daily problems and how the government can help alleviate their suffering.

The tour is part of the Team PNoy senatorial candidate’s “PiTik-Presyo, Trabaho, Kita” platform that proposes to lower prices, create more jobs and increase wages.                                

“The campaign is not about me, it is about the people we are fighting for,” said Cayetano.

He was to set to hold consultation campaigns with other people in the manufacturing and rural market sectors. – Mitchelle Palaubsanon/Freeman
