Manny Garcia, PCSO publicity and advertising manager, said that the winners have not yet claimed their prizes at the PCSO main office at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
The first lotto millionaire this year won the P61,313,914.80 jackpot of the 6/49 Super Lotto draw last Tuesday.
The winner bought the ticket with the winning combination 26-20-22-18-11-10 at the Quick Stop Convenience Store along Gil Puyat Ave. in Pasay City.
“The lucky player is the first lotto millionaire for this year,” he said.
The lotto frenzy has shifted to the Super Lotto after the jackpot breached P60 million last Tuesday night, the biggest jackpot so far this year after the lotto craze of the Grand Lotto that offered the biggest jackpot of P741 million that a balikbayan from the US won after buying a ticket at an outlet at the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority in Subic.
The sales of the Grand Lotto before the jackpot was won generated P4.1 billion.
PCSO said 30 percent of the revenue from the lotto sales goes to the charity fund of the agency, 55 percent to prizes and 15 percent to operations.
