Lotto jackpot nearing P200 million

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot in the Super Lotto draw tonight is expected to reach P195 million after no one got the winning combination in the draw last Tuesday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday. 

PCSO spokesman Larry Cedro said no bettor got the complete six-digit combination of 7-37-13-33-04-48 for the P174.7-million jackpot.

He said, however, that more than 90,000 bettors took home minor prizes totaling P16,891,100 for guessing some of the digits in the winning combination.

Cedro said ticket sales in the last Super Lotto draw reached over P120 million.
