Petron Corp., Pilipinas Shell, Chevron Philippines, Unioil Philippines, Total Philippines, Eastern Petroleum Corp., Seaoil Philippines and PTT Philippines implemented across-the-board price cuts effective at 6 a.m. yesterday.
