In an 11-page decision penned by Associate Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales, the high courts second division denied the petition for review of the FWCC seeking to nullify earlier rulings of the lower court junking the cases against Jacinto and three other officers.
The high court upheld the ruling of a Makati RTC that there is no probable cause to indict the respondents.
The complainants alleged that Jacinto and his co-accused misused the FWCC funds and diverted them to RJ Guitars, RJ Holdings, RJ Music, RJ Bistro, Rajah Broadcasting Network, RJ FM, RJ Productions as well as to companies affiliated with FWCC. Jose Rodel Clapano
