6 cops killed in Lanao ambush

Six policemen were killed in an ambush by unidentified men in Malabang, Lanao del Norte yesterday afternoon.

Senior Superintendent Akmad Mamalinta, director of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao police, said they were certain the suspects were after Senior Police Officer 4 Kurais Tambugao, who was one of those killed.
