Starlet denies texting Joey

A sexy starlet denied she was the reason behind Kris Aquinos jealous rage against Parañaque City Mayor Joey Marquez that allegedly led to the mayor-comedian pointing a cocked gun at Kris.
Rose Valencia said in ABS-CBNs TV Patrol that she was not the woman identified as "Mariz" in text messages that have spread since Kris went to the police to complain about Joeys alleged abuses Tuesday.
"I dont want to get involved in the fight between Joey and Kris. I dont even know Joeys cell phone number. I have never personally met Joey Marquez," Valencia said.
She said the rumor may have started when she recently said in a television show that she would like to invite Joey to a VIP room of a nightclub.
"Because I would like to find out what he has but I never said that I send him text messages," Valencia said.
Kris, in an exclusive interview with Korina Sanchez of TV Patrol, said a woman "codenamed" Mariz sent two text messages to Joey but she failed to read the message in full because Marquez immediately deleted it.
Marquez has claimed that the woman who sent her a text message was someone who complained about the rejection of her application for a permit before the city mayors office.
Kris admitted that the incident over the text message prompted an argument between them that supposedly led to Joey pointing a cocked gun at her before he removed the magazine and threw the pistol away.
