Alex Magno to write column for STAR

UP political science Prof. Alex Magno now writes for The STAR. His column, First Person, appears tomorrow and can be read every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Magno, also a television show host, has written regular columns for various local publications and guest columns for international publications and news magazines. He is the president of the Foundation for Economic Freedom. Magno has consulted with the United Nations University, served as an adviser to the Philippine government in meetings with the International Monetary Fund-World Bank and as a director of the UP Third World Studies Center.
