Typhoon Kiko slightly weakens as it moves towards the Babuyan Islands-Batanes area, state weather bureau PAGASA says on Friday morning.

At 4 a.m., Kiko was located 280 km east northeast of Casiguran, Aurora with winds of 185 kph and gustiness of 230 kph.

Severe Tropical Storm Jolina is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Thursday afternoon or evening, state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 4 a.m., Jolina was located 145 km west northwest of Iba, Zambales or 175 km west of Dagupan City, Pangasinan with winds of 85 kph and gustiness of 5 kph.

Tropical cyclone wind signal no. 1 is hoisted over:

Severe Tropical Storm Jolina continues to move northwestward crossing the Batangas-Cavite area before emerging over the mouth of Manila Bay on Wednesday afternoon or evening.

State weather bureau PAGASA says Jolina is expected to make its ninth landfall in the vicinity of Bataan Peninsula tonight.

At 2 p.m., Jolina was located in the vicinity of San Nicolas, Batangas with winds of 95 kph and gustiness of 160 kph. It is moving northwestward at 15 kph.

Severe Tropical Storm Jolina has made its eighth landfall over San Juan, Batangas at 9 a.m., state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 10 a.m., Jolina was located in the vicinity of Rosario, Batangas packing maximum winds of 95 kph and gustiness of 130 kph. It is moving northwestward at 10 kph.

The tropical cyclone is forecast to cross the Batangas-Cavite area before emerging over the mouth of Manila Bay on Wednesday afternoon or evening.

Severe Tropical Storm Jolina has slightly weakened and is about to make another landfall over the Lobo-San Juan area in Batangas, state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 7 a.m., Jolina was located over the coastal waters of San Juan, Batangas with winds of 95 kph and gusts of up to 115 kph.

Typhoon Jolina has made landfall over Dimasalang, Masbate and is now traversing over mainland Masbate, state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 10 a.m., Jolina was located in the vicinity of Dimasalang, Masbate with winds of 120 kph and gusts of 150 kph. It is moving west northwestward at 15 kph.

"In the next 12 hours, 'JOLINA' will continue to move generally west northwestward traversing Masbate and Ragay Gulf before making another landfall in the vicinity of southeastern Quezon tonight or tomorrow early morning," PAGASA says.

Typhoon Jolina continues to move over Samar Sea towards Masbate, state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 7 a.m., Jolina was located over the waters of Almagro, Samar with winds of 120 kph and gusts of 150 kph. It is moving west northwestward at 15 kph.

PAGASA says Jolina will make landfall in the vicinity of Masbate within the next 12 hours.

Typhoon Jolina is now crossing the island municipalities of Samar province after emerging over the Samar Sea.

State weather bureau PAGASA says the tropical cyclone packs maximum winds of 120 kph and gustiness of up to 180 kph. It is moving west northwestward at 20 kph.

At 4 a.m., Jolina was located over the coastal waters of Sto. Niño, Samar.

Tropical Depression Jolina slightly intensifies as it moves over the Philippine Sea, PAGASA says.

At 10 a.m., Jolina was located 205 km east southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar or 230 km east northeast of Surigao City, with winds of 55kp and gusts of 70 kph. It is moving westward at 15 kph.

Tropical Cyclonw Wind Signal No. 1 is up in Sorsogon, Northern Samar, Samar Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Siargao Islands and Bucas Grande Islands.

The low pressure area east of Eastern Samar has developed into Tropical Depression Jolina at 2 a.m. on Monday, state weather bureau PAGASA says.

At 4 a.m., Jolina was located 300 km east southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar or 310 km east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte with winds of 45 kph and gustiness of 55 kph.

Tropical Cycline Wind Signal No. 1 has been raised over Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Siargao Islands and Bucas Grande Islands.
