Fatal shooting of National Center for Mental Health chief Roland Cortez
Police report indicates that two unidentified male gunmen fired successive shots at the victims after knocking at the ride side door of a red Toyota Vios that Cortez, 61, and Dela Cruz, 46, were riding.
Responding crime scene operatives recovered two fired bullets of unidentified caliber.
The victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds in different parts of their bodies.
