2020 earthquake alerts

Phivolcs says a magnitude 3.5 earthquake hit San Francisco, Quezon at 11:41 a.m. Saturday. 

Phivolcs say a magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit Sarangani, Davao Occidental at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon at around 10:37 p.m., Phivolcs says Monday night.

As of writing time, there are no reported intensities yet but the quake was tectonic in origin.

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.5 earthquake hits Mabini, Batangas at 1:25 p.m. on Thursday. 

Phivolcs says a magnitude 3.7 earthquake hits Babuyan Island at 12:19 p.m. on Wednesday. 

Phivolcs a magnitude 4.8 quake shakes Sarangani, Davao Occidental at 11:12 a.m.

Phivolcs say a magnitude 3.5 earthquake hit Bayabas, Surigao del Sur at 10:39 a.m. Thursday.

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.3 quake hits Baganga, Davao Oriental at 4:46 p.m. on Friday.

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.6 earthquake hits Santa Cruz, Occidental Mindoro at 12:52 p.m. on Saturday. 

A magnitude 6.5 earthquake shook Cataingan, Masbate at around 8:03 a.m., PHIVOLCS says.

Intensity IV was reported in Mapanas, Northernn Samar; Legazpi City, Albay; and Lezo, Aklan. Intensity III was felt in Iloilo City while Intensity I was recorded in President Roxas, Capiz.

Phivolcs announces that a magnitude 4.8 earthquake hits waters off Sarangani, Davao Occidental at 2:30 p.m. Friday. 

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolts Mapanas, Northern Samar at 5:01 p.m. Saturday. 

A magnitude 4.8 earthquake struck Zambales at around 8:28 a.m., according to Phivolcs.

Intensity IV (moderately strong) was reported in San Felipe, Zambales while Intensity III (weak) was recorded in Quezon City and Malabon City.

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.1 earthquake jolted Davao Occidental on Tuesday afternoon.

The temblor hit 304 kilometers southeast of Sarangani, Davao Occidental at 1:55 p.m., Phivolcs adds.

Phivolcs says a magnitude 4.5 earthquake jolted Calayan, Cagayan at 11:49 a.m. Saturday. 

State seismology bureau Phivolcs says a magnitude 5.0 earthquake hit Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental at 10:11 a.m.

State seismology bureau Phivolcs says a magnitude 6.6 earthquake hit Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, Thursday afternoon.

State seismology bureau Phivolcs upgrades the earthquake that hit Aurora province from magnitude 5.1 to 5.4.

State seismology bureau Phivolcs says a magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit San Luis, Aurora, Saturday morning and was felt in Quezon City.

PHIVOLCS reports a magnitude 4.6 earthquake hitting 30 kilometers southwest off San Felipe, Zambales. It was felt at lower intensities in some areas of Pampanga.

A magnitude 4.1 earthquake shakes parts of Leyte and nearby Biliran province at around 2:51 p.m., according to Phivolcs.

Phivolcs clarifies that the earthquake felt Monday morning in Eastern Visayas was magnitude 5.5.

A magnitude 5.7 earthquake hits Leyte Monday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.

The quake, which was tectonic in origin, was felt at around 5:19 a.m. in Capoocan, Leyte.

Intensity V was felt in Tacloban City and Pastrana, Leyte while Intensity IV was reported in Palo, Leyte.

Instrumental intensities were also felt in the following areas:

Intensity IV - Ormoc City; Naval, Biliran; Borongan City
Intensity II - Bago City
Intensity I - Masbate City; Roxas City
