As of 3 p.m., NLEX says there is approximately 100-meter vehicle queue at cash lanes in Mindanao toll Plaza.
However, it says that there is only light traffic in the following toll plazas:

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Monday announces the temporary partial lane closure that has been implemented by a private contractor along the C-3 Road Intersection in Caloocan City.
The road closure is implemented to give way to the ongoing construction of the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road Project, Section 1 of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
"Construction works include the installation of steel grating covers in the area starting today, September 18, until October 15, 2023," MMDA says.

NLEX Corporation reported that there is a traffic buildup in Bocaue Interchange Southbound exit of the North Luzon Expressway.
This is due to the increased number of vehicles headed to Sta. Maria affecting the NLEX mainline.

Super Radyo Cebu reports that the accident occured in Barangay Libjo, Tabogon Cebu.
It says the accident left the driver and another passenger dead.
The Department of Public Works and Highways is set to conduct asphalt overlay activities along East Avenue Westbound from opposite Matalino St. to Internal Road next week.

The City government of Pasig advises motorists of heavy traffic flow on Sunday, July 16 due to a cycling event in the area.
The city will hold a cycling event dubbed “Padyak ng Pag-asa” from 5 a.m. onwards. The event is in line with the year-long celebration of the 450th Araw ng Pasig.
"This event is expected to affect the traffic flow on the roads enumerated in the material. Please take alternate routes. We apologize for the inconvenience," it says.

The public is advised that water concessionaire Maynilad will conduct corrective maintenance activity (raising and lowering of pump) in Talayan Pumping Station Weir located on Araneta Avenue near Maria Clara Street in Quezon City for six hours.

Rep. Wilbert T. Lee (AGRI Party-list) says the series of tragic deaths as a result of vehicular accidents involving large commercial vehicles highlight the need to increase Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance (CTPLI) for commercial vehicles and total indemnity claims for the death or injury of passengers, third parties, or pedestrians without the necessity of proving fault or negligence.
The lawmaker said this following the series of freak accidents in various parts of the country, reported in Baloan, La Union, EDSA and General Nakar.
Lee is pushing for the passage of House Bill No. 8498 which seeks to increase the CTPLI from P100,000 to P6,700,000.00 to cover the death or bodily injury incurred per accident.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announces the closing of some U-turn slots along EDSA to facilitate the EDSA Busway project.
"First to be closed is the U-turn slot (southbound and northbound) along EDSA near Trinoma Mall and North Avenue on Monday, September 28 at 12:01 a.m.," the MMDA says.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announces that the Department of Public Works and Highways will close down several roads in the metro for repair.
The roads will be closed for reblocking and repairs starting at 11 p.m. Friday (February 21) until 5 a.m. Monday (February 24). Below are the affected roads.
Southbound

"All affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, September 30," the MMDA says.
A portion of the North Luzon Expressway near Balintawak, Quezon City is closed to traffic after a 58-ton coping beam of the currently being constructed Skyway Stage 3 fell down as it was being mounted on a column.
The incident was attributed to the breaking of the chains carrying the beam early Sunday.
The Skyway Stage 3, which is one of the key projects under the "Build, Build, Build" program, will connect Buendia to Balintawak. It is expected to reduce travel time for 15 to 20 minutes from the current two hours.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announces the closure of the Araneta-Aurora intersection in Manila starting on Thursday, August 15, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for seven consecutive nights.
This is to give way to the launching of girder for the Skyway Stage 3 Project.
The around 17,000 to 18,000 vehicles expected to be affected by the closure are advised to take the following routes:
For light vehicles
- From Shaw Boulevard/ V. Mapa, take straight towards Magsaysay Blvd. then Santol Street, right at Palanza, Landargun or Bayani Road, left at G. Araneta to destination and vice versa;
- Vehicles from Cubao towards Manila area, along Aurora Blvd., right at Guirayan St., left at Palanza, left at Tomas Arguelles St. or Santol St. to Magsaysay Blvd. to destination;
- Vehicles coming from N. Domingo and Blumentritt, take F. Roman, H. Lozada St. and J. Ruiz St.;
- Vehicles coming from north: along C-3 Sgt. Rivera, right at Bayani, Landargun and Palanza St., left at Santol St., left at Magsaysay Blvd., and take V. Mapa, Old Sta. Mesa to destination
For trucks
- From Quezon Avenue, E. Rodriguez Ave., straight towards España Blvd., left Lacson Ave. straight towards Nagtahan to destination (vice versa); or
- Take Magsaysay Blvd., right at V. Mapa to Shaw Blvd. to destination and vice versa.

- EDSA before General Roxas Ave., to after Aurora Blvd., (1st and 2nd lane from sidewalk, intermittent)
All affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, June 17.
The DPWH will repair and reblock sections of EDSA, C5, Katipunan Avenue and Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard, the Department of Public Works and Highways says.
Repairs will be done from 11 p.m. Friday, March 22, until 5 a.m. Monday, March 25.

- Southbound direction of Lagarian Creek to Ermin Garcia in Quezon City, first lane from the sidewalk

- Southbound direction from intersection of C-5 Road and Julia Vargas Avenue in Pasig City
- Area fronting SM Aura to Market Market
Katipunan
- Southbound direction of Katipunan Avenue corner C.P. Garcia, 2nd lane, truck lane
Magsaysay Boulevard
- Northbound direction of Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard from Ramon Magsaysay Bridge to Pureza Street, going to Cubao.
The closing of the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge, which connects the cities of Mandaluyong and Makati, will be postponed once again to Saturday, January 19.
The Metro Manila Development Authority originally announced last week that the closure to begin this Saturday, January 12.
Originally scheduled for closure last September, this is the second postponement of the bridge's closure, due for repairs and widening work.
MMDA General Manager Jojo Garcia said in a press conference on Friday that the bridge will "definitely" be closed on January 19 starting at 4 am.
An estimated 100,000 vehicles use the bridge daily.
The Department of Public Works and Highways will push through with the closure of the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge, which connects Rockwell, Makati to Mandaluyong, on Saturday, January 12, at 8 a.m.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority made the announcement today.
The closure is due to the demolition and reconstruction of the bridge which was initially set last September 2018. The project aims to widen the bridge to four lanes from its present two lanes. The project is set to be completed in 2021.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes as the Department of Public Works and Highways will conduct reblocking and repairs in some Metro Manila roads.

All affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes as the Department of Public Works and Highways is scheduled to conduct road reblocking and restoration this weekend.
The MMDA in a release says the DPWH will undertake road reblocking and repairs starting 11 p.m. on Friday, November 2, until Monday, November 5, at the following areas:
Southbound lane
- C-5 Road after Lanuza Avenue
- C-5 Road near SM Aura (2nd outermost lane)
- EDSA Sct. Albano – after Sct. Borromeo (3rd lane from sidewalk)
Northbound lane
- EDSA before Oliveros Footbridge – before Globe Master 2nd lane before Times St., before UCCP 1st lane
All affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday.
MMDA adds that Manila Water will also undertake pavement restoration (one lane enclosure) in front of Solace along C-5 southbound at 10 p.m. also on Friday. The area will be passable by Monday at 4 a.m.
The Manila Police District-Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit issued a corrected version of the road closures on Saturday, October 27, for the 40th anniversary celebration of Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide.
It said that starting 10 a.m., the north and southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from TM Kalaw to Katigbak Drive would be closed to traffic.
Motorists are advised to take these alternate routes:
- All trailer trucks/heavy vehicles coming from EDSA-Buendia utilizing northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard going to Pier shall turn right to Pres. Quirino Ave. to point of destination.
- All vehicles coming from Pier Zone/Anda Circle utilizing southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn left to P. Burgos to point of destination.
- All light vehicles coming from Buendia area utilizing northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn right to TM Kalaw to point of destination.
- All vehicles going to and from Manila Ocean Park/H20 Hotel and Manila Hotel shall utilize Katigbak Drive as access road.
Motorists are advised to plan trips over the weekend as some roads in Manila will be closed due to events by two religious groups.
The Manila Police District-Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit says a portion of Roxas Boulevard will be closed starting 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, for the 40th anniversary celebration of Jesus is Lord Church Worldwide.
The affected portion will be the north and southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from TM Kalaw to Katigbak Drive.
Motorists can take the following alternate routes:
- All vehicles coming from Pier Zone/Anda Circle utilizing southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn left to P. Burgos to point of destination.
- All vehicles coming from Buendia area utilizing northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn right to TM Kalaw to point of destination.
- All vehicles going to and from Manila Ocean Park/H20 Hotel and Manila Hotel shall utilize Katigbak Drive as access road.
Meanwhile, there will also be road closures from 8 a.m. on Sunday for Iglesia Ni Cristo's "Lingap Pamamahayag" event.
MPD-MDTEU says a single lane of MICT Road eastbound, fronting Iglesia Ni Cristo's Binondo locale, will be closed to traffic.
A single lane at Zaragoza Street, from Road 10 to Delpan Street in Tondo, Manila is designated at the parking and drop-off area for participants.
The Department of Public Works and Highways announces that they will conduct road reblocking and repairs on August 10, starting 11 p.m. until August 13. The areas include:

The North Luzon Express Way announces that it will implement partial lane closures due to the ongoing road works.
NLEX Corporation says the roadworks are being undertaken in portions of NLEX-SCTEX “to keep the good road condition and ensure the safety of all motorist and commuters.”
The maintenance works, bridge retrofitting and drainage enhancement will take effect in these areas from August 5 to 11.

The roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday.
The Manila Water Co. Inc. is also set to conduct a pavement restoration (one lane closure) along C-5 Road (Southbound) before Lanuza Ave. intersection in front of Arcovia City 10 p.m. on Friday 9 (July 27) up to 4 a.m. on Monday (July 30) and on 10 p.m. of August 3 (Friday) until 4 a.m. of August 6 (Monday).
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes instead.
Several roads in the City of Manila will be closed temporarily for the launching of Worldwide Aid to Fight Poverty organized by the Iglesia ni Cristo on July 14 and 15.
On Saturday, July 14, 2018, the stretch of Katigbak Drive, South Drive and Independence Road will be off-limits to passing vehicles starting 6 p.m.
On Sunday, July 15, 2018, the following roads will be closed starting 12:01 a.m.:
- Stretch of Road-10 from Moriones to Delpan Bridge
- Stretch of Bonifacio Drive from Delpan Bridge to Katigbak Drive
- Stretch of Roxas Blvd. from Katigbak Drive to P. Ocampo
- East and Westbound lane from P. Burgos from Lagusnilad to Roxas Blvd.
- Finance Road from Taft Ave. To P. Burgos
- Westbound lane of TM Kalaw from M.H del Pilar to Roxas Blvd.
- Westbound lane of Pres. Quirino from M.H del Pilar to Roxas Blvd.
Motorists are advised to take the following alternative routes during the said period:
- All vehicles utilizing southbound lane of R-10 shall turn left to Moriones St. to point of destination
- All vehicles coming from Pasay area intending to utilize the northbound lane of Roxas blvd. shall turn right to P. Ocampo St. or use Roxas Blvd. service Road to point of destination
- All vehicles coming from three bridges: Quezon, McArthur and Jones intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Blvd. shall go straight to Taft Ave. to point of destination
- All vehicles coming from Ayala Bridge shall turn left/right to Taft Avenue to point of destination
- All vehicles utilizing westbound lane of Pres. Quirino shall turn left to Mabini St. To point of destination
- Heavy vehicles/Cargo trucks shall take Pres. Osmena, to Pres. Quirino going to Nagtahan via AH Lacson to Yuseco to Capulong to R-10 (vise versa)
The Metro Manila Development Authority reports traffic at C5 McKinley southbound because one lane is being used for shooting for a Korean film.
The traffic authority said the film shooting started around 9 a.m.
It added that MMDA enforcers are on site.
Vehicle rerouting will be implemented due to the emergency reconstruction of Otis Bridge, the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit announces.
Here is the rerouting scheme they will implement today:
- All vehicles coming from Nagtahan/Mabini Bridge (southbound) intending to turn right at Paz Guazon St., to utilize United Nations Avenue, shall go straight to President Quirino Avenue, then turn right to Plaza Dilao, and go straight to President Quirino Avenue Extension, turn left to United Nations Avenue to point of destination.
- All vehicles eastbound of United Nations Avenue intending to utilize Paz Guazon St., shall turn right to President Quirino Avenue to Plaza Dilao to point of destination.
The Department of Public Works and Highways announces that road reblocking and repairs will be conducted starting 11 p.m. on Friday. Motorists are advised to avoid the following areas:
Southbound
1. EDSA after Arayat Street (3rd lane from the sidewalk), Service Road
2. EDSA in front of Francesca Tower to after Sct. Borromeo (3rd lane from the center island)
Northbound
1. EDSA near North Avenue, MRT Station (2nd lane)
2. Batasan Road, Commonwealth Avenue, to Kalinisan Street (2nd lane)
3. A.H Lacson Avenue, near España
The affected roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, June 18.
Motorists are advised to take alternate routes in Manila tomorrow due to road closures for Independence Day events.
The Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit of the Manila Police District says the following roads will be closed starting 6 a.m. for the flag raising and wreath-laying ceremonies:
- Northbound and southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from Katigbak to TM Kalaw Avenue
- Stretch of Katigbak Drive, Independence Road and South Drive
MDTEU says traffic will be rerouted to the following roads:
- All light vehicles intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn left P. Burgos, right Ma. Orosa, right TM Kalaw to point of destination
- All trucks and trailer trucks intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn left P. Burgos, right Finance Road to point of destination
- All light vehicles intending to utilize the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn right TM Kalaw, left Ma. Orosa, left P. Burgos to point of destination
- All trucks and trailer trucks intending to utilize the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall turn right to President Quirino Avenue to point of destination
Meanwhile, the following roads will be closed from 9 a.m. for the military-civic parade called "Kalayaan 2018: Pagbabagong Ipinaglaban, Alay sa Masaganang Kinabukasan”:
- Southbound lane of Bonifacio Drive from Anda Circle to Katigbak Drive
- Stretch of Katigbak Drive, Independence Road and South Drive
Motorists will instead be re-routed to the following roads:
- All light vehicles intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall take the roundabout at Anda Circle and turn right Soriano Ave. to point of destination
- All trucks intending to utilize the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall take the roundabout at Anda Circle and exit back to Bonifacio Drive to point of destination
- All vehicles intending to utilize the northbound lane of Roxas Boulevard shall go straight to Bonifacio Drive or turn right to TM Kalaw Avenue to point of destination
The MDTEU adds that the actual closing and opening of affected roads will be based on the actual traffic situation.
The Department of Public Works and Highways – National Capital Region will resume reblocking and repair activities along EDSA and two other roads in Quezon City starting 11 p.m. tonight, June 8.
Affected roads in EDSA include:
- Southbound direction from after Arayat Street, 3rd lane from the sidewalk (Service Road)
- Southbound direction from in front of Francesca Tower to after Scout Borromeo, 3rd lane from center island
- Northbound direction near North Avenue, MRT Station, 2nd lane
Other roads scheduled for repair are:
- Northbound direction of Batasan Road from Commonwealth Avenue to Katarungan Street, 2nd Lane
- Northbound direction Congressional Avenue from fronting Business Bank to Mindanao Avenue, 3rd lane
DPWH-NCR says that due to the expected traffic slowdown in affected areas, motorists are requested to take possible alternate routes.
The affected lanes will be reopened at 5 a.m. on Monday, June 11.

Imus, Cavite Mayor Emmanuel Maliksi reported that the bridge is not passable due to the collapsed beam.
The Metro Manila Development Authority says 3 lanes are occupied along Commonwealth Diliman Preparatory eastbound after a vehicular accident involving a public utility jeep and pick-up occurred.
Radio reports say the accident, which occurred 2:59 p.m., already left 11 individuals injured.
