The carriage of the image of the Black Nazarene moves along Carlos Palanca Street.
No significant security and safety cases were reported so far. Garbage at Luneta and some parts of the procession route was immediately cleared, while traffic was being managed by metro authorities.
The image of Black Nazarene has passed Jones Bridge and is now approaching Plaza Lacson. Holy Mass, meanwhile, is celebrated at Quiapo Church.
