- Zambales - Christine Juliane Opiaza
- Makati - Michelle Daniela Dee
Angelique Manto of Pampangga, who was not in the original Top 10, made it to the Top 5.
American Idol alumna Jessica Sanchez performs at the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 stage.
