What ‘completes’ Kylie?

Her love life is going great. So secure is Kylie Padilla with her boyfriend, Aljur Abrenica, that she doesn’t feel jealous at all when Aljur is paired with other actresses like Kris Bernal in the GMA soap Prinsesa ng Buhay Ko. Asked at a presscon about Aljur and Kris’ love scenes, Kylie joked that they are not “passionate” enough. She’s being bashed in social media by suspected Kris-Aljur fans but Kylie remains unperturbed.

“I just let it pass,” she shrugged, even as Aljur tried to pacify her bashers.

Premiering tonight on GMA is the telefantasya Adarna, a modernized retelling of the well-loved classic, in which Kylie plays the titular character that grows wings like talking golden bird in the story. The series is directed by Ricky Davao, with Geoff Eigenmann (as a basketball player), Benjamin Alves (a street-smart kanto boy) and Mikael Daez (a winged fearless warrior) as Kylie’s leading men.

Adarna is Kylie’s first starrer, in place of last year’s abortive Haram (with Dingdong Dantes) which was shelved because of its sensitive theme (Muslims versus Christians). Kylie is Muslim like her father, Robin Padilla, who will do a “guest” role in Adarna (as what is kept a secret).

Even if Kylie feels “complete,” Funfare asked her to play the “Complete the Sentence” game.

2013 Miss Earth early bets help pack relief goods

You may have some toys that you would like to give them to cheer them up. Please also include a simple note for them when we send the toys to them.
