Ben&Ben’s Paolo Benjamin proposes to girlfriend
MANILA, Philippines — Paolo Benjamin Guico of the popular band Ben&Ben is tying the knot with his girlfriend.
The official Facebook and Instagram pages of the Filipino folk band shared the good news on Saturday.
Their Facebook page showed the newly engaged couple, Paolo and Rachel Maria, smiling for the camera, with latter showing off her engagement ring.
Another photo shows Paolo on bended knees proposing to his long-time girlfriend with a lit gazebo in the backdrop.
“Engaged na si Ben1,” read the congratulatory caption on Facebook. Ben&Ben is named after the band's twins, Paolo and Miguel.
Paolo seemingly wrote the caption on Instagram, addressing his fiancee by penning a heartfelt message for her.
“To the love of my life. While lovely, surreal moments make me feel that I’m with the right person, the mundane seasons of life, and even the periods of struggle, make me feel truly certain that you are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. I’ll face the beauty and pain of life with you, one day at a time for the rest of our lives,” the caption read.
