MANILA, Philippines — Singer Abel Tesfaye, popularly known as The Weeknd, has collaborated with his "The Idol" co-stars Lily-Rose Depp and Jennie Kim of Blackpink on a new song titled "One of the Girls."

The song came from the HBO series starring all three artists, as did other tracks by The Weeknd, including "Jealous Guy" and "Fill the Void." All tracks were simultaneously dropped yesterday, June 23.

Jennie performs the intro that goes, "Lock me up and throw away the key. He knows how to get the best out of me. I'm no force for the world to see, trade my whole life just to be."

She repeats the line in the bridge and is followed by the line that goes, "Top of the world but I'm still not free. This is a secret that I keep. Until it's gone, I can never find peace. Waste my whole life just to be."

Both The Weeknd and Lily-Rose take turns and sing the duet on the song's pre-choruses and choruses.

The lyrics of "One of the Girls" heavily reflect the plot of their HBO series. In "The Idol," a rising pop star (Lily-Rose) develops a complicated relationship with a self-help guru and cult leader played by The Weeknd.

Jennie portrays Dyanne, a back-up dancer to Lily-Rose's Jocelyn, while other co-stars include Troye Sivan, Suzanna Son, Jane Adams, Hari Nef, Dan Levy, Eli Roth and Hank Azaria.
