Sarah Geronimo voted Best Southeast Asia Act in 2014 MTV EMA

MANILA, Philippines - Sarah Geronimo was voted Best Southeast Asia Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards.

The Popstar Princess advances to the “second round” of voting, where she will face BiBi Zhou representing China and Hong Kong and Hebe Tien representing Taiwan.

The MTV EMA announced that whoever garners the highest number of votes will advance to the Worldwide Act nomination.

The voting started 12 p.m. (Central European Time) of  October 23 and will end on 11:59 p.m. (CET) of October 29, and from there the 10 Worldwide Act nominees will be named. Everyone could vote through www.mtvema.com.

The MTV Europe Music Awards will happen on Novermber 9 at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
