MANILA, Philippines — Korean actress Han So-hee admitted she was dating fellow actor Ryu Jun-yeol, a day after So-hee's agency 9ato Entertainment denied the two were seeing each other.
So-hee confirmed she was dating Jun-yeol in a blog post addressed to fans, noting she wanted the news to come from herself.

In the same post, So-hee asked people to refrain using the word "rebound" when talking about her and Jun-yeol's relationship. Last November, reports said that the actor ended a seven-year relationship with singer-actress and "Reply 1988" co-star Hyeri.
The actress said she indeed attended Jun-yeol's "A Wind Runs Through It and Other Stories" photo exhibition last November at the invitation of a friend.
She clarified there was no overlap, as romantic interest between her and Jun-yeol only began after his split with Hyeri.
So-hee further apologized for an Instagram story she posted, which some online users saw as a response to Hyeri supposedly calling her out after finally unfollowing Jun-yeol on the platform. She finished the blog post by opening up to fans.

"I find myself looking back on whether, because I'm living a life that focuses on results rather than the process, I've lost the moment of that process," So-hee said. "If my attitude seems conceited or arrogant, even though I don't think it is, if it seems that way to you, then I probably already have those bad feelings to some extent."
"I think the time has come for me to acknowledge it and return to my original place, to find what it is that I truly wanted to do, what it is I like, what made me happy," she ended, vowing to become a better person.
Following So-hee's blog post, Jun-yeol's own agency, C-Jes Studios, confirmed the relationship in a statement.
"Jun-yeol has been dating So-hee since the beginning of this year, after confirming mutual positive feelings. Jun-yeol got to know So-hee after his breakup and he only recently confirmed his feelings for her," the statement read.
C-Jes Studios asked for privacy for both actors and that it will take legal action if Jun-yeol or any other of its talents are insulted or violated in any way.
Apart from "Reply 1988," Jun-yeol also starred in the shows "Lucky Romance" and "Lost," as well as films like "The King," "A Taxi Driver," "Money," "Socialphobia," "One Way Trip," "Heart Blackened," "Hit-and-Run Squad" and "The Night Owl."
So-hee, meanwhile, is best known for starring in "The World of the Married," "Nevertheless," "My Name," "Soundtrack" and "Gyeongseong Creature," which will see a second season released later this year.
