MANILA, Philippines — Korean singer Sandara Park has been announced as the newest brand ambassador for Acer Philippines.
Sandara — or Dara — will be performing at this year's Acer Day concert on August 6 at the Mall of Asia Arena, joining a line-up that already includes Sarah Geronimo, Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano.

"Dara truly fits the theme of this year's celebration because she is an ace who has conquered stages worldwide with her talent and charm," said Acer Philippines' General Manager Sue Ong-Lim. "The youth look up to her because she has achieved her dreams despite whatever challenges came her way."
The theme, #AceYourWorld, is about "empowering and motivating individuals to achieve their goals and reach their full potential."
The 2023 Acer Day concert aims to deliver on that mission with bigger promotions, provide innovative products that enhance productivity and elevate the digital experience, and more exciting activities.
Dara's announcement as an Acer ambassador comes on the heels of her eponymous album's release.
A few days after the 2023 Acer Day concert, Dara will return to the Mall of Asia Arena for the Super Stage by K-Pop concert with the likes of Solar and Moonbyul of Mamamoo's sub-unit Mamamoo+, the nine-piece group Kep1er, and Lapillus with Filipino-Argentine singer Chanty.
