Angelika Dela Cruz, more celebrities file COC for 2025 polls
MANILA, Philippines — More celebrities have filed their certificates of candidacy in their respective cities earlier on the last two days of filing.
Angelika Dela Cruz will seek for vice mayoralty post in Malabon City. She was accompanied by celebrity couple Nash Aguas and Mika dela Cruz when she filed her COC on Monday, October 7.
Angelu de Leon also filed her COC for re-election as a councilor in the 2nd district of Pasig City.
“Malapit na tayo sa exciting part patungo sa tuluy-tuloy na pag-agos ng pag-asa dito sa Pasig. Nakikiusap ho ako ulit, kung bibigyan ninyo ng pagkakataon na magsilbi uli sa inyo," Angelu told the media.
“Sabi ko nga, sana bigyan ninyo ako ulit ng pagkakataon na maging T.G.I.S. (Tapat na paggo-gobyerno at Gagawa na may pagmamahal ng isang Ina at layunin na magbigay ng magandang Serbisyo para sa mga Pasigueño),” she added.
DJ Durano also filed his COC as mayoralty candidate in Sogod, Cebu.
“I filed my COC Certificate of Candidacy for the 2025 Mayoralty Race in Sogod, Cebu," he announced on social media.
“Thank you for All the Love and Support… Mabuhi Ang Sogoranons.. Padayon Ta Para sa Tinuuray na Pag Serbisyo. TEAM ÐJ DURANO BAKUD Partido Federal ng Pilipinas."
