Sheryl Cruz reveals real score with Anjo Yllana, Aga Muhlach, Romnick Sarmenta
MANILA, Philippines — Actress-singer Sheryl Cruz recalled some fond memories with her past reel partners, including Anjo Yllana and Romnick Sarmenta.
Sheryl appeared on the May 23 episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" where, after talking about Sheryl's hit song "Mr. Dreamboy," Boy asked about the relationship she had with her Yaya Lainey.
She confirmed that Lainey's favorite among all those who courted Sheryl was Aga Muhlach, whom Sheryl called by his real name Ariel when they were together.
The artist joked that whenever she was on the set with a handsome company, no one would look after her because everyone was too distracted by the good looks of her companions, which also included Anjo, Romnick, Mandy Ochoa and Zoren Legaspi.

Boy asked if there was any closure between Sheryl and Anjo after she married her then-husband Norman Bustos. Sheryl revealed that Anjo asked for her hand in marriage before she left for the United States where she met Norman.
Sheryl admitted to saying yes to Anjo but learned that he got someone pregnant at the time, which broke her heart.
"That's already water under the bridge. We're good friends," said Sheryl. "By the time I came back to the Philippines — I myself got separated and divorced — nagkaroon kami ng moment where we were able to see each other again, catch up on things, and I guess have another go at it."
When the conversation shifted to Romnick, Sheryl admitted she had no idea at the time they were being pushed to become a love team.
"Nanligaw naman sa akin si Nicko pero I cannot call it really a serious relationship," Sheryl said, adding she was focused on finishing school and becoming a solo actress that could be paired with other leading men. — Video from GMA Network's YouTube channel
