MANILA, Philippines — Kristine Hermosa sees no problem working on a project with ex-flame and screen partner Jericho Rosales provided that their reunion project would be worth her time and effort.
The actress, often regarded as one of the most beautiful faces to ever grace Philippine showbiz, faced the press at last Saturday's special birthday episode for her father-in-law Vic Sotto on "Eat Bulaga."

"Oo naman. Well, depende talaga. Depende sa project, depende sa mga eksena. Basta depende. I need to see everything muna. Talagang i-filter ko muna ang lahat. Kumbaga kung worth it naman 'yung gagawin namin, hindi 'yung masabi lang na may ginawa together," she said.
Jericho said he wanted to do a project with his "Pangako Sa'Yo" leading lady in an interview last March. The show catapulted the then promising young stars into stardom when they starred as the star-crossed lovers, Yna and Angelo, in the 2000 show.
The pregnant Kristine, who is expected to give birth in September, stressed that due to her very hands-on style of raising her five children with husband, Oyo Boy, she has to carefully consider the projects she would want to pursue.
"Ayoko kasi gumawa ng kung anu-ano lang. Kumbaga kung gagawa ako, something that's worth it naman. Worth my time, effort. Siyempre may mga anak ako. Basta 'yung magandang project, 'yung may katuturan," she added.
She said Oyo, who takes after his father Vic for his patience, has been supportive of her career.
"Wala namang problema sa kanya. Very professional naman din. Kumbaga, kung gusto ko, susuportahan naman niya. Okay naman siya," the actress said.
During the duration of the short interview in TV5's Media Center, Kristine mentioned about getting guidance from a higher being.
"Hindi ko po alam basta may katuturan. 'Yung malalaman mo, 'Okay, Lord, gusto mo ipagawa sa akin ito.' Kasi I would hear God naman e. Alam ko naman may go-signal ni Lord, why not 'di ba? Lagi lang naman 'yung go-signal 'yung inaantay ko," she said.
Kristine also got candid when she was asked about her experience doing teleseryes in the past. She admitted she was a bit traumatized, but it was a good training for her.
She added that with the changing times, she has no qualms even doing teleseryes in the future.
"I think wala namang problema kasi naayos naman nila 'yung mga schedule ngayon. Unlike noong kapanahunan namin, 'di ba, walang schedule?
"Matindi 'yun pero magandang training. Na-train ako nang matindi doon," she said.
