'I'll see you around petunia': Xian Lim pens message for Kim Chiu after breakup
MANILA, Philippines — Just minutes after Kim Chiu confirmed their breakup Saturday evening, Xian Lim penned a heartfelt post on Instagram.
Calling her "dearest Kim," Xian said he was thankful for the 12 long years they had together.
"The 12 years of my life with you was the best gift I could ever ask for. We have expressed our love for each other to the fullest and knowing that I got to share those moment with you, knowing our hearts beat as one at one point in our lives is truly something I will cherish for life," Xian wrote.
Unlike Kim whose accompanying photos were in black-and-white, Xian's photos consist of only one black-and white snap while the rest were not.
"Like all good things, it must eventually come to an end. I am grateful for all the moments we shared together. Thank you for all the unconditional love throughout the years. My respect and admiration for you as a person, as an artist, and as some one I spent more than a decade with will always remain," he added.
Xian said that he wishes for Kim to find all the happiness and love she is searching for, adding that she deserves nothing but the best.
"No goodbyes here, i'll see you around petunia," Xian ended his post that tagged Kim.

After Kim Chiu confirmed their breakup, Xian Lim also posted a message to the actress on Instagram.
“Dearest Kim, thank you for the long years we have spent loving each other,” Lim said.

Prior to the ex-couple's admission, rumors were rife that they had already separated.
Among the events that fueled it was when Xian's YouTube channel were only left with a few videos and their videos together were no longer seen on his channel.
