KathNiel, other celebrities visit Ronaldo Valdez wake
MANILA, Philippines — Celebrities Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Alyssa Muhlach and Gelli de Belen, to name a few, visited Ronaldo Valdez's wake.
Ronaldo's talent manager Jamela Santos posted photos of the wake on her Instagram page.
"'Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal,'" she captioned the post.
"Holding on to these people closest to Pepe's while I still can," she added.
Kathryn, Daniel and Alyssa starred in the hit teleserye "2 Good 2 Be True."
Ronaldo's past interview about the ex-couple has resurfaced on social media following the actor's death and the couple's breakup.
"Napakasarap kasama ni Kathryn. She's such a nice, sweet, young girl, tapos ang galing-galing pa..." Ronaldo said in the interview.
"Si Daniel — I don't know why — parang real lolo and apo kami, e. Sometimes we are enjoying our break… Strikto sa akin 'yan, e. He's concerned about my health," he added.
Kathryn and Daniel announced their breakup last November 30.
Ronaldo passed away last Sunday.
