MANILA, Philippines — Filipino-American content creator Bella Poarch opened up about her divorce after a secret marriage when she was 19 years old.

In an episode of Alexandra Cooper's podcast, "Call Her Daddy," Bella recalled how she met the guy she refused to identify.

"When I met him, we were both 19 and we were both very introverted. And as soon as we saw each other, we kinda fell in love. It was love at first sight, it was funny," she said.

"He didn't say a word, I didn't say I word 'cause I was introverted. And then we started seeing each other at the gym, and that's when we started talking. He definitely helped me through the dark times," she added.

Bella described her relationship with her ex-husband as "very wholesome and cute."

"We did a lot of our firsts together," she said.

The TikTok star said that her ex proposed to her in a Guam beach.

"At that time, he didn't have money to buy an engagement ring, so he got me a necklace. It was a simple diamond necklace," she said.

She added that their "secret marriage" was indeed secret as it had no guests at all even their families.

“We’re divorced but we’re in good terms. It was a mutual decision,” she said.

It was in Novermber last year when Bella broke the Internet when she revealed that she's married.

"I'm sorry if everyone thinks I've been keeping a secret. I will address my divorce when I am ready to speak about it. In the meantime, please respect mine and Tyler's privacy," she said then. — Video from Call Her Daddy YouTube channel
