MANILA, Philippines — Eagle-eyed social media users noticed that Michelle Madrigal deleted all posts about her American boyfriend on Instagram, fueling separation rumors.

The actress also posted about healing and grieving on her Instagram story.

“Embracing all the feels. Y’all see me as a strong woman (which I am) but I’ve learned to fully honor my emotions when I’m not okay. For a long time, I’ve operated in an ‘I’m all good’ mentality and it has finally caught up," she wrote.

"Being strong and allowing yourself to not be okay is a step toward healing. You heal as you grieve,” she added.

In another story, Michelle shared a quote from Jay Shetty.

"It's ok to be happy one day and sad the next. It's ok to feel confident one day and be anxious the next. You don't have to feel the same everyday. You just have to learn to accept and adapt to how you feel."

Last August 2022, Michelle announced that she has new boyfriend in her YouTube vlog.

Michelle and her ex-husband Troy Woolfolk announced their separation on April that year. They have a daughter named Anika, who they co-parent.
