John Lloyd Cruz, Kaye Abad reunite on ‘Happy ToGetHer’ set
MANILA, Philippines — Former "Tabing Ilog" stars John Lloyd Cruz and Kaye Abad reunited on the set of Kapuso show "Happy ToGetHer" which had fans gushing that she would appear on the sitcom.
John Lloyd and Kaye were seen sitting beside each other in a photo posted by actor-director Badji Mortiz on his Instagram account.
The two actors were joined by Badjie and several members of the "Happy ToGetHer" production staff.
Kaye later teased she indeed may appear on "Happy ToGetHer" by reposting on her own Instagram stories her presence on the set, simply saying "Abangan!"
One of the stories she reposted, as well as the reactions of many fans, included the names Rovic and Eds — John Lloyd and Kaye's characters from the teen drama series "Tabing Ilog" which ran from 1999 to 2003.
The actress-singer had previously admitted in the past that John Lloyd was her "first boyfriend" and "first love."
Kaye is currently married to "Pinoy Big Brother" alum Paul Jake Castillo and have two sons, Joaquin and Inigo.
John Lloyd has a son, Elias, with his ex-girlfriend Ellen Adarna but is rumored to be dating artist Isabel Santos though neither party have outright confirmed their relationship.
