'We are so proud of you': Megan Young shows support for Tracy Maureen Perez
MANILA, Philippines — Miss World 2013 Megan Young showed her support for Tracy Maureen Perez, who ended her run as one of the Top 12 finalists of Miss World 2021 competition. The coronation night was held in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Thursday.
In her Twitter account, Megan said she is proud of Tracy’s overall performance in the prestigious pageant.
“Love you so much @tracymaureenp. We are so proud of you,” she wrote.
In the early part of the coronation night, Megan quipped that Tracy was shining.

“Tracy is SHINING so relaxed, confident and sincere. You’ve got this,” she said.
She also cheered for Tracy as she entered Top 12 in a tweet.
“One step closer!!! Show your love for our queen, @tracymaureenp. Praying for the 2nd blue crown for the Philippines!” she said.

Megan also reminisced the times when she was the one walking down the runway, representing the Philippines in the beauty competition.
“It feels surreal watching #MissWorld2021 from home. Brings back memories of when I was watching the previous shows to study for the competition back in 2013,” she said.
