MANILA, Philippines — Karolina Bielawska of Poland was declared as the winner of Miss World 2021, the 70th edition of the pageant held on March 16 at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Originally scheduled to be held on December 16, 2021 at the Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, the pageant was rescheduled to March 16, 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Toni-An Singh of Jamaica crowned her successor at the end of the coronation event.
In this edition, the swimsuit competition, or Miss World Beach Beauty, has returned after a five-year hiatus.

- The Top Model finals was held on December 6, with Miss Cote D'Ivoire – Olivia Yacé winner. Miss Cameroon – Audrey Monkam is 1st Runner-Up, and Miss Puerto Rico – Aryam Díaz is 2nd Runner-Up.
- The Best Designer Dress award was given to Miss Korea Tara Hong during the Top Model finals of Miss World 2021, while the 1st Runner-Up is Miss Cote D'Ivoire – Olivia Yacé and 2nd Runner-Up is Miss Iraq – Maria Farhad.
- For the Sports award, the event was initially held on December 1, 2021. The winners were officially announced via Miss World Facebook page last December 13:

- Second runner-up: Guinea-Bissau – Itchacénia Da Costa and Ireland – Pamela Uba

- For the Talent round last December 4, the winners were officially announced via Miss World Facebook page last December 13.
- The winner is Miss Mongolia – Burte-Ujin Anu,
- 1st Runner-Up is Miss Norway – Amine Storrød,
- 2nd Runner-Up is Miss Japan - Tamaki Hoshi.
- The 3rd Runner-up is Miss Chile – Carol Drpic and
- 4th Runner-up is Northern Ireland – Anna Leitch
- Do Thi Ha of Vietnam was first called to the semi-finals as Digital challenge winner for maximizing her website to promote her causes and engage her followers.
- Beauty With a Purpose: Shree Saini of United States of America was called first as top 6 finalist as a Beauty with a Purpose winner. Beauty with a Purpose was established in 1972 to help candidates advance their causes.
