MANILA, Philippines — Kapuso star Marian Rivera confirmed rumors that she will be a part of the 70th Miss Universe judging panel to be held in Israel on December 12.

In a virtual media conference held on Friday, Marian said she accepted the offer to be a judge in the pageant because it is a once in a lifetime experience.

She also addressed bashers who questioned her being handpicked by the Miss Universe Organization.

Malaking karangalan ito,” she added.

Marian also said that she will appreciate every candidate’s beauty and bravery in the pageant.
