Daniel Padilla on ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ breaking ‘The Hows of Us’ record
MANILA, Philippines — In time for the first anniversary of their hit movie "The Hows of Us," Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla said he is happy for the success of girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo’s movie with Kapuso actor Alden Richards “Hello, Love, Goodbye.”
According to a recent ABS-CBN News report, Daniel said he is proud of what his girlfriend has accomplished.
"Siyempre very proud. Kanina nga nagsimba kami para lang magpasalamat sa lahat ng mga blessings na natatamo niya at natatamo ko rin and ayun masaya siyempre kasi ang tagumpay niya ay tagumpay ko rin," Daniel said.
The Cathy-Garcia Molina movie has reportedly grossed over P800 million, making it the second highest-grossing Filipino movie of all-time, only a few millions away from breaking the record of the Daniel and Kathryn movie “The Hows Of Us.”
Daniel added in the interview that Kathryn also supports him in his upcoming movie with another leading lady.
"Supportive din 'yun, excited nga 'yun e. Sabi nga ni Kathryn, hindi naman natin sinasara ang mga pinto natin sa mga ganun na oportunidad," Daniel said.
Rumor has it that Daniel will team up with Sarah Geronimo in a movie, but the project has not yet been finalized.
Daniel is now busy shooting a music video for his song with Moira Dela Torre, “Mabagal,” an entry to Himig Handog 2019.
