MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson’s mother, Evangeline Opsima, has broken her silence on the controversy surrounding her son and Bea Alonzo.

In a report by ABS-CBN News General Santos City, Evangeline lambasted Bea for treating her son that way.

Evangeline said.

She also mentioned Bea’s past relationship with Zanjoe Marudo.

"Hiniwalayan mo si Zanjoe. You didn't say anything laban kay Zanjoe. Niliit mo ang anak ko," she said.

Evangeline also admitted that she does not like Bea for her son, but she accepted her because Gerald loves her.

Ina niya lang ako," she said.

She also apologized to Gerald for speaking out, saying that she is just hurting because of what is happening with her son.

"I'm sorry RJ, I know you're going to get mad to Mama. I think, son, it's time to voice out anong naramdaman ko, saan nasasaktan si Mama," she said.
