‘Welcome back’: Ellen Adarna stars in new ad 

MANILA, Philippines — On-leave actress Ellen Adarna has made a comeback in a commercial for an aesthetic clinic. 

On its Facebook page, Prettylooks posted a video of Ellen having her eyebrows fixed by the clinic. 

“THE MUCH AWAITED!! Ms. Ellen Adarna is back with Prettylooks for her eyebrows - only with the Masters,” the brand posted as caption for the video. 

In the video, Ellen said she flew all the way from Cebu and would be having a “mommy makeover." She noted that it has been three years since she had her eyebrows done. She said she has been busier since she is “mommy na.”

“So guys, magpapaganda lang kami,” she told those watching the video.

Recently, her partner John Lloyd Cruz also made a comeback for a shawarma brand commercial with Bea Alonzo and Piolo Pascual.

Ellen’s commercial came after rumors surfaced that she and John Lloyd already quit on their relationship. 

Reports said that Ellen allegedly told a friend that she broke up with the actor because she cannot anymore withstand his “weirdness.”

The actress has reportedly found the actor too eccentric that she requested a Temporary Protection Order to keep John Lloyd away from her and son Elias Modesto.

Meanwhile, John Lloyd posted a cryptic Instagram post with a photo of a portable speaker inside a plastic bucket. 

“From nosi balasi to kay bilis maglaho ng kahapon (minsan),” John Lloyd wrote in the caption.
