WATCH: Richard Gomez, Lucy Torres-Gomez give advice for Bea, Gerald, Julia amid 'cheating' issue

MANILA, Philippines — Celebrity power couple Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres-Gomez, who have been married for 21 years, recently gave some pieces of advice for actors Bea Alonzo, Gerald Anderson and Julia Barretto, who have been embroiled in a social media drama following Bea’s controversial Instagram post allegedly about cheating.

“Let them be. Let’s allow them to heal in their own time, their own space,” Lucy said in an exclusive interview with Philstar.com.

“That’s part of their growing up. What happened to them will be part of their life experiences and one day, they’ll just grow up as mature people. They’ll learn from their mistakes,” Richard added in the same interview.

“But for now, let’s give them the space they need to heal,” enthused Lucy.

The actor and the former actress have been recently named as brand ambassadors of Ultherapy For Two, a new campaign that aims to champion self-love as a means to taking better care of the people around you.

“We don’t really get a chance to work with each other very often, so this was the perfect chance to spend more time together,” said Richard. “We’re far apart on a daily basis, so we really take any chance we can get to be together.
