Gerald Anderson speaks up on 'ghosting' Bea Alonzo
MANILA, Philippines — Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson has finally addressed the controversy surrounding him and former girlfriend Bea Alonzo.
Speaking with ABS-CBN News entertainment reporter Ganiel Krishnan, Gerald said he and Bea always had a fight until he realized that the relationship was not healthy anymore.

“Siguro ang nangyari, just like any relationship, we had fight after fight after fight. Then we had that one big fight na d'on niya nailabas lahat ng emotions and feelings,” Gerald said.
“Nand'on 'yung realization na hindi na siya masyadong healthy and we’re just hurting each other. Ayun umabot sa point na ayawan na talaga. Then after that you’ve got to stay strong para umiwas muna sa communication,” he added.
Gerald's statement came days after Bea said that she and Gerald did not have a formal breakup.
"To my understanding, we did not break up. He just started not talking to me," Bea said.
