Kris Aquino defends Julia Barretto, gives advice for Gerald Anderson amid Bea issue

MANILA, Philippines — “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino refused to side with either Julia Barretto or Bea Alonzo, but instead, criticized Gerald Anderson on how he chose to breakup with Bea. 

In her Instagram account, a social media user asked Kris to ask Erich Gonzales about the alleged Bea-Julia feud.

"Puwedeng 'wag nega? And ang hindi natin buhay 'wag na natin guluhin especially Erich na hindi directly involved?" Kris told the Instagram user. 

"Obviously alam natin mahal ko si Bea but hindi ba unfair to judge Julia because why do we always blame the girl?" Kris added.

Kris criticized Gerald on his alleged “ghosting” move to Bea, saying that she always reminds her son Bimby to respect someone and give them closure.

"I can already feel the Gerald fans will blast me for this, but I have always told Bimb, 'Hindi mahirap makipag-break. Respect someone you cared about enough to give them closure. Then move on.' Ganun lang ka-simple 'yun," Kris said. 

"Masakit ang goodbye pero mas masakit ang hindi worth a goodbye. So please respect women? And don't pit them against each other. Even those with no issues,” she added. 

Kris was among the stars that sent love to Bea via commenting to Bea’s post allegedly about “cheating.”

“I had to check on you. Thank you for replying. I’m your Ate for life who will always love you & care about you,” Kris told Bea.

Kris, meanwhile, starred alongside Julia and Joshua in her recent movie, “I Love You, Hater.”
