2019 Miss Teen Philippines crowned
MANILA, Philippines — Fil-Brazilian Nikki Advincula de Moura, 18, from Cagayan de Oro City (center) was crowned 2019 Miss Teen Philippines by outgoing queen Nicole Villar, who held the title for five years. Nikki pocketed P300,000 cash and received a full flight attendant scholarship grant from International Cabin Attendant Training School.
Nikki outshone 30 other millennials during the grand coronation night held at the New Frontier Theater on Wednesday evening, May 8. She’s the third winner from the City of Golden Friendship after Stephanie Mae Sol (2004) and Maxine Monasterio (2007).
Nikki’s runners-up are (from left) Nicole Borromeo from Carcar City, Cebu (second), Patricia Beerda from Iloilo (first), Mikki Barcela from Albay (third) and Joanna Kalkschmidt from Iloilo (fourth).
Nicole who was hailed as 2019 Reyna ng Aliwan on April 27 also bagged the Best in Evening Gown and Best in Fun Wear awards, while Patricia was Miss Photogenic. Patricia brought home P200,000 cash, while the rest of the runners-up got P100,000 cash each.
