MANILA, Philippines — ABS-CBN’s top-rating primetime TV series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” is now streaming on global content provider Netflix.

The Coco Martin-led TV show, however, can be searched in the streaming device through its Netflix title “Brothers,” and not “Ang Probinsyano.”

As such, Twitter users were quick to react on the changes, making “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” a top trending Twitter topic for the day.

The show’s Season One and first 50 episodes from way back 2015 are now available for streaming.

Philstar.com is still waiting response from Netflix to confirm if “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” is the first Filipino TV series in its slate and why did it choose to have it in the online streaming platform.

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” continues to reign the primetime block, with a 36.5 percent viewership in its time slot as of May 6, according to Kantar Media.

The show, now on its fourth year, is still the country’s longest-running TV series, with no reports of ending soon.
