Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston reunite in ‘Murder Mystery’ film

MANILA, Philippines — After eight years, Hollywood stars Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are back together in action for an upcoming comedy-action film.

The two will star on a Netflix original movie called “Murder Mystery” along with an ensemble cast featuring Luke Evans, Gemma Arterton, Luis Gerardo Mendez and Terence Stamp.

Adam and Jennifer last teamed up in 2011 for romantic-comedy film “Just Go With It.”

Adam will play a role of a New York City cop who finally takes his wife (Jennifer) on a long-promised European trip, a chance meeting on the flight gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince.

When Quince is murdered, the two lead characters become the prime suspects in a modern day whodunit.

The original film is directed by Kyle Newacheck and James Vanderbilt.

It will be streaming globally on Netflix on June 14.
