Up Dharma Down reacts to Michael V’s trending parody
MANILA, Philippines — Up Dharma Down vocalist Armi Millare and the rest of the band enjoyed Kapuso actor Michael V’s parody of their hit song “Oo.”
In an interview with GMA News Online, Armi said “Bubble Gang’s” parody titled “Uh Oh” is so “cleverly done.”
“I think it’s really well-made, the band and I have been watching it since it came out. [It’s] so cleverly done and it makes people happy in ways we can’t, so everybody wins!” Armi said.
Michael V broke the Internet once again on Friday with his parody of the hit Up Dharma song.
As of writing, the video uploaded on Facebook has 4.8 million views, 54 thousand shares, 90 thousand likes and nine thousand comments.
The Kapuso comedian took to Instagram to thank the public who watched the video.
“Good morning! Ito gumising sa ‘kin sa Facebook! Thank you sa lahat ng nanonood. Salamat din sa magagandang comments. Really appreciate it. Napanood n’yo na ba? What’s your favorite line?” he wrote.
Last December 2016, “Bubble Gang” also had a parody of Up Dharma Down’s “Tadhana,” titled “Tadyakan.”
