MANILA, Philippines — Writer-director Antoinette Jadaone announced that Up Dharma Down lead vocalist Armi Millare will release a new song for "Alone/Together," the upcoming movie of Kapamilya loveteam Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.

“New song from Armi Millare for Alone/Together!” Antoinette wrote on her Twitter account on Wednesday.

Armi said she’s excited to be a part of the LizQuen film.

“Cat’s out of the bag- thrilled to be part of this beautiful film by director and friend Tonette Jadaone,” Armi tweeted.

Apart from Armi’s new song, the new movie under Black Sheep will also feature JM de Guzman’s own rendition of Rivermaya’s hit song "214."

Armi and Antoinette previously worked together in the latter’s 2014 romantic comedy “That Thing Called Tadhana” starring Angelica Panganiban and JM de Guzman. Armi’s song “Tadhana” played in the closing minutes of the film.

"Alone/Together" is a love story about students Raf and Christine who will meet again after eight years.

Liza will play a highly-driven University of the Philippines arts student while Enrique will play a UST Biology student who is the complete opposite of Liza's character. It is scheduled to be shown in cinemas on February 13.
