Auditions open for StarStruck's 7th cycle

MANILA, Philippines — The search for the newest celebrities in the showbiz industry is on as GMA 7 kicks off auditions for their reality show StarStruck, now on its 7th edition. 

In a Twitter post by StarStruck's official account, the reality show announced that auditions are now open. They listed down the requirements and audition dates. 

Your time has come to DREAM, BELIEVE, SURVIVE!

“Your time has come to DREAM, BELIEVE, SURVIVE! Dalhin lamang ang requirements sa mga sumusunod na audition dates at venues. See you all there for #TheStarStruckExperience!” the tweet read. 

The reality show is open to male and female aspirants, 16 to 21 years old of Filipino descent. Auditions will be held in Metro Manila from January 21 to February 15, Cagayan de Oro on January 26, Butuan City on January 27 and Naga City on February 9 and 10. 

The star search produced Jennylyn Mercado, Mark Herras, Yasmien Kurdi and Rainier Castillo in its first season; Mike Tan, Ryza Cenon and LJ Reyes on its second; Jacky Rice and Iwa Motto on its third; Aljur Abrenica and Jewel Mische on its fourth; Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda and Sarah Lahbati on its fifth; and Migo Adecer and Klea Pineda on its sixth.
