Carl Balita’s Mahalta Resort opens in Calapan, Mindoro

MANILA, Philippines — At the inauguration and blessing of Mahalta Resort last Dec. 12, Carl Balita, president and CEO of the Dr. Carl E. Balita Review Center, welcomed guests, including Calapan City Tourism officer Christian Gaud, Rep. Rey Umali, Gov. Boy Umali, Rep. Doy Leachon, DOST director Josefina Abilay, PCCI QC president Sarah Deloraya-Mateo, Mahalta chief architect Alfred Carandang, Robert Seña and Isay Alvarez, Hashtags Vitto Marquez and Kid Yambao.
