Loisa Andalio beats Joshua Garcia in Kids Choice Awards

MANILA, Philippines — Actress Loisa Andalio has won over Joshua Garcia, her love interest in the primetime series “The Good Son,” at the Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards (KCA) 2018 given in Hollywood on March 26.

Loisa has been voted as Favorite Pinoy Newbie, beating other fellow Filipino nominees Inigo Pascual and Gabbi Garcia.

Loisa expressed her gratitude for the award in a Twitter post.

Loisa joins other Pinoy KCA winners such as Maine Mendoza, who won as Favorite Pinoy Personality in 2016, and Nadine Lustre who took home the orange blimp last year for Favorite Pinoy Star.

According to Twitter, close to six million Tweets were sent related to the Filipino-centric category from the start of the voting period (February 26) until March 26.
