WATCH: Kim Chiu says falling in ‘ASAP’ is ‘once a year lang!’

MANILA, Philippines — “Medyo lapitin po ako ngayon ng mga (malas),” actress Kim Chiu admitted in a recent press interview, referring to the trending videos of her fall in different occasions while performing for noontime show “ASAP.”
“Once pa lang this year. Last year, once lang din. I think, once a year!” she said when asked if she has been falling often.
According to her, her latest fall last February was not serious. She said it happened because there was a miscommunication between those carrying her.
“’Yung isa umangat, ‘yung isa hindi, so na-out of balance,” she explained.
She assured that she was never injured during the falling incidents as none of these were “intense.”
“It really happens sa live show. Hindi mo talaga maiiwasan,” she enthused. “It’s a performance. Wala namang dapat sisihin dun kasi wala namang nagkamali or something. Hindi naman ako na-ospital or namatay or something.”
Also on Twitter, Kim assured that she is alright. “Hi im ok... no worries.. hindi lang na angat yung glass sa right side kaya hindi na balance, but keri lang, im ok!!” she posted.

“Sabi nga nila, ‘show must go on,’ so smile ka na lang. After that, tsaka ka na lang ngumawa,” she quipped.
What is most important, she said, is to stand up each time one falls.
