Actor Cogie Domingo reportedly caught in drug raid

MANILA, Philippines — Model-actor Cogie Domingo and his wife Rhea Sacasas were reportedly nabbed during the anti-illegal drug operations by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Calabarzon.
According to reports by radio station DZBB of GMA Network Inc., Domingo was arrested on Friday morning by PDEA operatives.
Authorities are yet to confirm how much and what kind of illegal drugs were confiscated from the actor.
According to an ABS-CBN report, Cogie’s father, Rod Domingo, is a human rights lawyer.
Domingo is best known for his critically-acclaimed portrayal of an orphaned boy who was sentenced to capital punishment in the movie “Deathrow” with Eddie Garcia.
Cogie also starred in TV series such as “Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin,” “Kung Mawawala Ka” and “Bakekang."
He has also been linked to actresses such as Lovi Poe, Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis, and accused of having an affair with the partner of politician Chavit Singson.
