Valenzuela’s Dancing Cop is Gwapulis winner

MANILA, Philippines – Angel-faced PO1 Willy Musni Quinto, 22 (photo) a.k.a. The Dancing Cop of Valenzuela, was declared the first-ever Gwapulis grand winner on Oct. 14 by the ABS-CBN’s morning show Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG)’s nationwide search.

PO1 Mark Christian Sioco was first runner-up and PO1 Norman Wileman bagged the Best in Talent Award. Other grand finalists were PO1 Dennis Keliag, PO1 Mark Florence Iglesias and PO3 Ernesto Dingcong Jr.

From a humble background, Musni was raised by his father who is a tricycle driver and his mom, a fish vendor. He studied at Sto. Cristo Rosario Elementary School, Angeles City National High School and Angeles University Foundation.
