A1 pays tribute to fans in Manila concert
MANILA, Philippines — British-Norwegian boyband A1 has returned to Manila not only to serenade and sing with their Filipino fans but also to pay tribute to them.
During their “Here we come back” tour concert held at the Kia Theater on Sunday, A1 composed of lead vocal Ben Adams, keyboardist Mark Read and guitarist Christian Ingebrigsten presented a mini-video showing compiled photos and videos of their visits to the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries in the early 2000s.
The boys played their “Living the Dream” song while reminiscing their past visits to the country. The video was capped by a heart-shaped collage of photos with their fans, with a heartfelt message: “For the love and support over the years thank you!”
“We just want to say, Mahal namin kayo,” Mark told the fans.
