Jessy Mediola denies romantic link with Ian Veneracion

MANILA, Philippines – Jessy Mendiola brushes off rumors that there’s something going on between her and Ian Veneracion.

There were reports saying that Ian was separated from his wife and is seeing Jessy.

“Ano ba masasabi ko sa issue na ‘yon? Sino ba hindi magugulat, 'di ba?” she replied when asked to react about the issue, in an interview on Tuesday.

The Kapamilya actress added that those kind of issues are not new to her, since there have been “malicious issues” thrown at her before.

“Sana naman tigilan na nila ‘yong mga gano’n kasi may pamilya ‘yon, e. Sana ‘yong mga tao mag-mellow down naman sa mga malicious issues,” she said.

Meanwhile, Jessy said going out with Luis is “not a big deal.”

Although she didn’t deny that she admires him. "He’s very mature, he’s a gentleman and very kind. Lahat ng nakakakilala kay Luis, sobrang bait niyang tao,” Jessy said.

Since Luis is at the age where he’s prepared to settle down, she was asked if she too is ready if her romance with Luis blossoms.

Jessy replied, “I’m just taking one step at a time. I’m just taking day by day. So I’m really setting out all my options right now and my work is doing great. So I don’t think...let’s talk about it when I get there. Kumbaga kung anong meron ako do’n muna focus ko.”
